Traditionally, tenants would make a decision to book a viewing on a property based on static images and a floorplan as their only visual aid. By offering a virtual tour of your property, this helps us better qualify prospective buyers – especially those who are busy and may not have time to view your property.

While other estate agents are happy to exaggerate the value of a rental just to get you on the books, we know that in reality, this is bad for you. Manage everything at a click
When you work with us, you’ll be given a PropertyFile account where you can access tenancy information including planned inspections, rent due dates, deposit details and tenancy documents. Income and expenditure can also be tracked, and statements downloaded to help with tax returns.
Other estate agents typically take all their commissions at the start of a tenancy. But that’s not how we do things. As portfolio landlords ourselves, we understand the importance of cash flow. So, we take our fees for managed properties on a monthly basis for the duration of the tenancy.
