Letting your
property? Let us.

If you’re thinking of letting your property,
ask yourself the following question:

Do I want more from my estate agent?

If the answer is yes, then here’s why you
should consider letting your property with us:

We've been around the block

Imagine how knowledgeable you would be on something if you had done it day in, day out for best part of the last two decades. Well, that’s how long we’ve been selling homes in London – and during that time, we’ve got to know the market pretty well.
We know what tenants want

It’s not just the market we understand. We’ve got to know potential buyers, too. We know what they want, and we know how to sell to them. Letting out a new home can be a challenge. But when you know how to communicate the benefits, like we do, it becomes a whole lot easier.

We’re small, but mighty

As a small, family-run business, we’re not like your typical estate agent. To us, everything starts and ends with a close relationship. When you place your trust in us, we don’t take it for granted. We make it our mission to find out what matters most to you – and then deliver it.
We'll shout about your property

From our own website to property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market and Prime Location, we’ll advertise your property for all to see. We also understand that the everyday buyer has a job – and that’s why we allow viewings seven days a week, and late into the evening on weekdays.

Manage everything at a click

When you work with us, you’ll be given a PropertyFile account where you can access tenancy information including planned inspections, rent due dates, deposit details and tenancy documents. Income and expenditure can also be tracked, and statements downloaded to help with tax returns.
Sensible valuations

We’re here to get the best rate for your property – but we won’t overstate its value. While other estate agents are happy to exaggerate the value of a rental just to get you on the books, we know that in reality, this is bad for you. When a property is vastly overpriced, it lingers on the market for longer than necessary – leaving your property empty and costing you money.
Virtual viewing

Traditionally, tenants would make a decision to book a viewing on a property based on static images and a floorplan as their only visual aid. By offering a virtual tour of your property, this helps us better qualify prospective buyers – especially those who are busy and may not have time to view your property.

Monthly commission

Other estate agents typically take all their commissions at the start of a tenancy. But that’s not how we do things. As portfolio landlords ourselves, we understand the importance of cash flow. So, we take our fees for managed properties on a monthly basis for the duration of the tenancy.
Complimentary rent guarantee*

Fully-managed properties benefit from a complimentary rent and legal guarantee for the first tenancy. This provides cover and protects your investment should a tenant default on rent and/or breach the tenancy agreement. This covers £50,000 worth of rent and £50,000 of legal expenses.
